What Can Be Returned?
- Unopened Products: All supplements and wellness products in original, sealed packaging
- Damaged Items: Products damaged during shipping (photo evidence required)
- Wrong Items: If you received the wrong product due to our error
- Defective Products: Items with manufacturing defects
What Cannot Be Returned?
- Opened or partially used products (for health and safety reasons)
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery date
- Items without original packaging or labels
- Personalized or custom products
- Gift cards or digital products

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid shipping label. Please include the RA number on your return package.
Step 3: Package Your Return
- Use original packaging when possible
- Include all items, manuals, and accessories
- Attach the prepaid return label
- Include your order number and RA number
Refunds & Processing
Refund Timeline
- Processing: 1-2 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Issuance: 3-5 business days to original payment method
- Credit Card: May take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on statement

Exchanges

International Returns
